Saving and Using Graphics, Animations and other Images
& what NOT to do!

PLEASE SAVE IMAGES TO YOUR COMPUTER!

When you find an image you like the first thing you need to do is
Save it to Your computer!

Saving and Using Images in Incredimail:

There are 3 ways to Save images to your Incredimail Style Box:

1. RIGHT CLICK on the image and Select "Add animation to IncrediMail Style Box"
You will see Incredimail load the image.

2. RIGHT CLICK on the image and Select "SAVE PICTURE AS"
Save the image to your Desktop.
THEN open the saved image and
the Right Click option to "Add animation to IncrediMail Style Box" should be available!

3. If neither of the above methods work
Open a New Message and Click on a Stationery
Make sure that under View "Open Style Box" is checked!
Click on the "Animations" Tab
Click the BUTTON that says "Add" at the bottom of the Style Box
Browse to locate the image you have saved, click on it and then click OPEN.

Incredimail will put the images you download in Either
the "Your Name Collection" or the "My Collection" folder.

TO USE IMAGES IN INCREDIMAIL
In the body of your email message click where you want the image to be placed.
Click on the Animations tab and locate the image.
Click on the image and select ok.

Saving and Using Images in Outlook Express or EML Messages:

To SAVE an Image:
RIGHT CLICK on the image and Select "SAVE PICTURE AS"
Use the Arrow After the "Save in" box to locate your Desktop
or the folder you want to save the image in.
Click the "Save" button.

To USE an Image:
Open a New Message (or Reply to / Forward a Message).
Click where you want the image to go in the BODY of the Message.
Use the Menu at the Top of the Message window.
Click "INSERT" and "PICTURE"
"BROWSE" to locate the image you've saved.
Then Click it and Select "OPEN" then "OK".

This will put the image - even if it's an animation or sparkle - right where you clicked in your message!
You can add multiple images to one message!
